The manufacturers we work with apply the NC-NR (Non Cancelable – Non Refundable) policy and it is precisely this policy that we apply.

We work with UPS and DHL for international deliveries, and with MRW for Spain and Portugal. All with 24/48h delivery.

We do not handle payments or customs formalities in the countries that require it.
